Keep pictures on topic, and as much as is possible for a site like this "clean", this is not a porn site, no need for any nudity or scenes cut from commercial vomit movies (yuck!).

Do not post any pictures that you do not own or that you do not own the copyright for. If I'm notified of any copyright images that have been posted without permission I will remove them.

Any content that is considered inappropriate by site moderators (me) will be deleted from the site without notice.

Inappropriate content may include.

• off topic pictures
• pornographic material
• pictures that contain advertising
• copyrighted material, or material not owned by the poster
• anything illegal
• hateful comments profiles or picture descriptions
• personal attacks on other Rate My Vomit users

Users that break the terms of use may be banned from logging in to the site.

I'm not really heavy handed but this site is for the enjoyment of everyone. Basically just be respectful.
