Apple puree
I was sick last night. I have a bad phobia of vomit but due to my therapists exposure therapy I was recommended here. Looking at pictures of vomit really helped adjust me to thinking it's not a threat. The first time I vomited without a panic attack. So I thought I'd share it here so other people with the same fear can adjust.
All I ate that day was an apple
