Painkillers, booze, and spaghetti.
This kid came over to a friend's house.
He had had his wisdom teeth removed that day, was on hardcore painkillers, drank a lot, and had just eaten a big load of spaghetti.
In the top picture, it is not an internal organ that you see in the trash bin, but a blood-soaked rag.
Also, just to clarify, this bucket is at least 25% coughed/puked-up blood because of the blood thinning properties of alcohol and painkillers.
